Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before sending anything back, please reach out to our support team to receive detailed return instructions.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval from our support team may not be processed.
Return Shipping
If your return is due to a defective item, damage, or a mistake on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (for example, you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
We do not apply any restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility and has been inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–8 business days.
